Reviews for White Oak (Flat Sawn) 4/4 Lumber

FEDEX kind destroyed the package but the wood was packed well and no damage. Wood is mostly flat but I would recommend planing or drum sanding. The wood Is very dry ate the ends so I trim it back, usually about an inch.

Lumber arrived in good shape. The box that it was in--not so good. Both ends were blowed out --surprised that all the pieces stayed together. Good wood.

I will be making two buffet ends to match an exisiting wine chest. This wood will be excellent for this project.

This is the third order from Wood workers source and each one seems to come faster the previous. My first experience with white oak, Home Depot only has 3/4 inch red oak and Mission style furniture should be make with white oak. The wood came fast and was as advertised, good stuff.

the wood was clear and straight. It did not require much planning or other rework to meet the project needs. The two pieces of wood were slightly different in color but when sanded and stained they looked great. It was worth the extra cost for more of a selective pick by the pickers.

The material was received in excellent condition as I expected. The wood was also of excellent Quality. Thanks
