You have 30 days from the day you pick up (or receive) to make a return or exchange.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges if you've changed your mind or find out you received defective tools or supplies.
Tools and Supplies:
- 100% refund, credit or exchange for unopened or defective product
- 75% store credit for used or opened non-defective product
- 75% store credit for special order tools or supplies
Lumber, Wood and Sheet Goods:
- 100% refund, credit or exchange in original condition
- 50% store credit if not in original condition, and subject to manager approval
- Custom cut or milled wood is subject to manager approval

Online Returns & Exchanges
If you've changed your mind:
- 100% refund, credit or exchange for wood in original condition
- 50% refund or credit for wood that's not in original condition (i.e cut, shaped, etc)
- Refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping if we arrange the return shipment
- Print this form to include inside the package

Damage or dissatisfaction:
- Kindly document the issue with photos
- We will replace, refund, or credit the material depending what works for you
- We pay the return the shipping
