Great customer service
I purchased a package of 30 sheets. I was generally happy with the product but there were a number of sheets that had the ply on one side delaminate. I suspect they may have all come from one defective larger sheet. However, I notified customer service and sent them some pictures and they immediately sent me another package of 30. That kind of customer service is the way you keep customers!

Nice quality sheets of Baltic Birch
This has been an overall quality wood for laser work. Only a few pieces with some warpage. We are able to use those pieces with strong magnets to level on the honeycomb. Overall happy/satisfied and the price is very good. Thank you.

Lots of glue pockets this round
This is my third batch of 50 sheets, and I must say, I think the quality might be going down hill. First batch was great, second batch was okay until the end, and third batch, man, so many glue pockets that do not let the laser cut through. I'm not sure what is going on with the quality here. I think I'll give another source a try to let this one cool off.

More warped pieces than expected
I have bought Baltic Birch Plywood from Woodworkers Source and other vendors before. No matter where you get it there are always some issues with warping because it's so thin. However, this batch was especially problematic. The cost is reasonable but expect that not all pieces will be usable in your laser cutter. I used hold-down pins in my Glowforge but still had pieces that just wouldn't work.
