Our standard turn around time is 3 business days.
That means, for example, if you place an order on a Monday, it will ship on or before Thursday that same week.
Some circumstances will effect that when you’re buying lumber. For example, special size requirements and/or custom cutting might require more time for us to get your order pulled, prepped, inspected and packaged for shipping.
Please understand we want to deliver wood to you that you will be happy with. We want you to come back to us again and again to buy your wood and lumber. That means we’re working hard trying to provide you fantastic lumber as quickly as possible.
